CoreLogic, a real estate data company, and Restb.ai, a computer vision firm, are teaming up to provide a package of generative AI tools to First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS). FMLS is the fourth largest multiple listing service in the country.
The package of AI tools will help FMLS with various tasks, such as generating property photos, identifying comparable properties, and creating market reports. CoreLogic and Restb.ai hope that the tools will help make the MLS more efficient and accurate.
