Proptech firm Flyhomes has agreed to purchase home buying platform Home Sale Assured from Innovative Holdings, LLC. The deal will give Flyhomes a significant foothold in the rapidly-growing proptech industry.
Home Sale Assured is a “buy before you sell” platform that allows users to buy a new home before selling their old one. The platform is designed to make the home buying process easier and more streamlined.
The deal between Flyhomes and Innovative Holdings, LLC is expected to close in the coming weeks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
