The top two best-selling master-planned communities in the United States for 2023 year-to-date are The Villages in Florida and Lakewood Ranch in Florida, respectively. The Villages has sold 1,960 homes this year while Lakewood Ranch has seen 1,227 sales, a 20% increase from last year. These two communities are followed by Mount Laurel in New Jersey, Summerlin in Nevada, and Nocatee in Florida.
