The software is used for tax compliance purposes and may have exposed customer information such as name, contact information, Social Security number, and bank account information.
Both companies are working with Sovos to determine the scope of the breach and are taking steps to protect their customers’ information. They are also encouraging customers to monitor their accounts for any unusual activity.
