New American Funding, a national mortgage lender, has announced a new joint venture platform to help small- to mid-sized lenders grow its product offerings. Through this joint venture platform, New American Funding will offer a wide variety of mortgage products to lenders, including Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Loan Prospector, HomeReady, Home Possible, FNMA/FHLMC, HomeStyle, CalPLUS, Renovation and Reverse.

The joint venture platform provides lenders with access to New American Funding’s suite of products, a centralized contact center, underwriting and loan origination systems, a point of sale platform and experienced loan officers. The platform offers National, Regional and Metropolitan lending licenses. This allows lenders to expand client reach with the ability to originate loan products in all 50 states. In addition, all partners will have access to marketing and branding resources, along with sales technology, such as predictive lead analysis and automated data-driven decisions that are typically not available to smaller lenders.

The new joint venture platform provides an opportunity for smaller lenders to better serve customers and stay competitive. By being able to move more quickly and stay cost-efficient, small lenders have the ability to offer better service, quicker decisioning and broader product availability. This new platform also offers a more enhanced borrower experience, making a process that can often seem tedious, easy and seamless.

New American Funding’s joint venture platform provides lenders the ability to enter new markets, increase technological and operational capacity, leverage existing resources from New American Funding and stay competitive. As a result, small and mid-sized lenders can grow without the worry of starting from scratch. This platform could benefit smaller lenders by providing access to an array of different products, allowing for faster decisioning and providing an enhanced customer experience.
