In early June, Constellation Software completed its acquisition of Optimal Blue, a provider of secondary market software solutions.
Since then, three members of Optimal Blue’s senior leadership have departed the firm.
The departures come as Optimal Blue isintegrating into Constellation Software’s portfolio of companies.
The three members of Optimal Blue’s senior leadership who have departed the firm are:
– Scott Carver, Chief Executive Officer
– Kevin Mullins, Chief Financial Officer
– David Sims, Chief Operating Officer
