The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance recently released its third annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list, honoring 388 individual agents and teams for their production in 2022. This 51% increase from last year’s 251 demonstrates the growing strength of the industry and its players. The ranking was created in partnership with RealTrends and was supported by Sotheby’s International Realty.
To select those who made the list, RealTrends used data from closed sales volume and transaction counts from over 650 residential real estate brokerages who voluntarily reported production numbers for the study. The list included agents from over 500 offices across the country, representing a wide range of brokerages, from nation-wide giants like Coldwell Banker to regional companies like Mission Real Estate Group.
