Karmely, who has over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, said the platform is designed to be a one-stop shop for mortgage customers.
The platform’s main feature is that it uses an algorithm that enables customers to quickly get pre-approved for a loan in minutes. Customers can also compare different mortgage options and rates from a variety of lenders and choose the best deal. The platform also features an automated document upload system, allowing customers to easily upload documents used to verify their financials. Additionally, the platform has in-house underwriting, which eliminates the need for customers to go through the entire pre-approval process with each lender.
An automated loan payoff calculator is another feature of the platform. This tool allows customers to estimate their loan payoff amount and compare the result with different types of loan refinancing options. The platform also lets customers apply for the loan online, eliminating the need for in-person appointments or physical paperwork.
