He began by pointing out that, despite concerns to the contrary, the market is actually quite healthy. He noted that there are a number of factors, such as low unemployment and steady wage growth, that are indicative of a strong market.
Mohtashami went on to say that the current market conditions are actually quite favorable for buyers. He noted that there is a large number of homes for sale and that interest rates are still quite low. He advised potential buyers to take advantage of these conditions while they last.
