Citywide Home Loans agreed to settle a $1.2 million class action lawsuit to resolve claims surrounding a 2020 data breach that exposed sensitive customer information. Citywide Home Loans will provide affected customers with two years of free credit monitoring services and will also reimburse customers for any reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the data breach.
