The Aggregate Analysis will determine the initial amount needed as well as the amount added to the monthly payments. By checking this box, you certify that you fully agree and understand this Analysis is a service we offer for the amount of $100.00 and must be paid in full before the Analysis is run. This Aggregate Analysis is a timely item. If the Aggregate Analysis is run but the funds are not received to fund the impound account within 30 days, the Aggregate Analysis will no longer be valid. At that point you will have the choice of having a new Aggregate Analysis run for a new $100 fee, or you can continue with the loan setup as a non-impounded loan, but the initial Aggregate Analysis fee is non-refundable.
